Got a virus

Ordering web hosting
If you want to order one of our hosting packages, simply go to the Web Hosting page and choose the package you need. In the form, provide your company details and how we can contact you, and we will handle everything. When the account is set up and ready, you will receive an email from us with the details you need. We can help you migrate a website and take care of all the technical aspects. If you have any special requirements or questions, please contact us via the form, email, or phone!
My website is down
If your website is down, wait at least 15 minutes before contacting us. Since our operations technicians continuously monitor and manage our systems, they might already be working on resolving the issue. If you have a hosting agreement, we manage your website as outlined in the agreement.
Move to us
If you already have a website and wish to switch to us, you must first place an order for a hosting package. Once we have your details, we can help with the migration. If your website is built on WordPress, we will assist with the migration for free – including the technical aspects of the domain and DNS. If you also want to transfer the domain and its management to us, please contact us after placing your order.
Renew a lapsed domain
If your domain has expired and you have missed renewing it, it will enter a 30-day quarantine before being released for others to purchase. For fast assistance, contact us via the form, email, or phone! To avoid this in the future, you can order our Domain Security service where we handle the domain’s security, renewal, and administration.

Need support
If you need support, you can fill out the form or email our technical support at customersupport@webbfabriken.com and include one of the following details: customer number, company name, domain, and a description of the support you need. Our support team is staffed at all times and you will receive an answer according to your support agreement. If you do not have an agreement, we will answer your email as soon as possible on weekdays between 9–17. With our support agreements, you get extended support hours and weekend service if you choose.
